Operational Support Equipment Support

Iraq Star's 24/7 operations room in Basra oversees and manages all of our operations. This operation room is staffed by an expatriate Operations Manager who is assisted by Iraqi watchkeepers. Iraq Star maintain communication with all of our teams on the ground using radio (HF &VHF), GSM and satellite communication. Iraq Star uses the latest vehicle tracking and vehicle management technology to maintain a full operating picture at all times. We liaise closely with the Iraqi Ministry of Defence, Oil and Gas Police and Iraqi Police to receive alerts and to manage any incidents that may occur.

Iraq Star are fully equipped to perform all of our services. Our Equipment support team ensures that all our equipment is procured, maintained and managed to the highest standard. We maintain operational reserves to ensure service continuity. Iraq Star's supply chain is robust ensuring that our services are scalable in line with client's requirements. Iraq Star maintains a fleet of high quality armoured SUVs and Buses to provide protective transport for our clients.
